Yesterday was dedication day. Back in March we had planned April 20th as a day to have all the Tianjin School and Business office staff up to the site for a picnic and celebration of it's completion(or close to it) .It rained and as any good Swede knows, there is no such thing as bad weather just bad clothes. So we kept to the plan and 80 intrepid Americans came out in their raincoats and blessed the site. It was a special day and it was great to see the people we work with come to support us even though the weather was bad. It was still pretty because the pear trees are in bloom and next week the kids and I will join Ric up there for a week of holiday. I hope the weather is nicer.
